About Us

For years Bruce Roberson held an annual road rally for his friends.  When his younger sister, Susan Roberson Wade, was diagnosed with cancer he discontinued the rally.  After her death Bruce's friends urged him to restart the rally and dedicate it to Susan. The Susan Roberson Memorial Car Rally was formed. We have been without Susan for 30 years now! You have helped through you support make the lives of many people. Our History

​The first rally twenty six years ago raised a small amount but the the little group was proud of their achievement. Since then the rally has grown and millions have been raised to support cancer. Costs are kept low due to a dedicated band of volunteers. The majority of the proceeds benefit cancer patients and their families.

Where We Are Now

Today the Susan Roberson Wade Memorial Car Rally is a nonprofit dedicated to helping cancer patients and their families   Combining a spirit of fun with a philanthropic effort.  Susan’s Rally takes participants on an afternoon of adventure and spirited fun around Houston in a fight against cancer. The After Party is a chance for the participants to mingle and compare notes.  Along with food and fun there is an opportunity to bid on live and silent auction items.

This  has been a crazy couple of years, but we are back! We had a very successful rally on April 20, 2023. We have scheduled our next car adventure - Susan's Rally for April 28, 2024 and I want you there. Please visit us on Facebook or Instagram and we  will let the good times ROLL!
